Owners are generally responsible for the daily operations of their property & all that was mentioned in option two. With option three we will on an on-call basis whenever owners need assistance, such as checking of property, guest emergency call-outs etc.

Daily operations of a holiday property can be unpredictable, it can be reassurance for owners that we are on standby just in case.
